User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services include:
- 50% advance payment required for project initiation
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- All payments are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
- Custom payment plans available for large projects
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables. MH Softwares retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
MH Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir.
