We understand that circumstances can change. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling your project with MH Softwares. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation matters.

Cancellation Stages & Fees
Cancellation fees vary based on project progress:
Before Project Starts
Cancellation within 48 hours of payment, before any work has begun.
Full Refund - No FeePlanning / Discovery Phase
Requirements gathering, wireframes, and initial designs in progress.
25% Cancellation FeeDevelopment Phase (0-50%)
Active development or design work in progress.
50% Cancellation FeeDevelopment Phase (50-75%)
More than half of the project has been completed.
75% Cancellation FeeNear Completion (75%+)
Project is in final stages or testing phase.

To request a project cancellation:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 340 0249977
- Send an email to mhsoftwares558@gmail.com with subject "Project Cancellation"
- Include your project details and reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Verbal requests will not be processed.
Cancellation by MH Softwares
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms
- Client is unresponsive for more than 30 days
- Project requirements violate our terms of service
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our team
- Request for illegal or unethical content
In such cases, we will provide a partial refund based on work completed, minus any third-party costs incurred.
Project Pause Option
Instead of cancellation, you may request to pause your project:
- Projects can be paused for up to 60 days
- No additional fees for pausing
- All work and files will be preserved
- Resume anytime by contacting us
- Projects paused beyond 60 days may incur restart fees
Work Completed Before Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You will receive all completed work up to the cancellation date
- Source files will be provided for work you've paid for
- Any third-party purchases (domains, licenses) are non-refundable
- We may retain portfolio rights to completed work
