At MH Softwares, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines our refund procedures for our digital services.

Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Project has not been started within 7 days of payment
- Service does not match the agreed-upon specifications
- Technical issues on our end prevent project completion
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake
Refund Timeline
Our refund structure is based on project progress:
- Before project starts: 100% refund of advance payment
- During planning phase: 75% refund
- During development (0-25% complete): 50% refund
- During development (25-50% complete): 25% refund
- After 50% completion: No refund eligible
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Requests after this period may not be honored.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting services already activated
- Completed and delivered projects
- Custom work that has been approved by the client
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 340 0249977
- Email us at mhsoftwares558@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
- Provide your project details and reason for refund
- Include payment receipt or transaction ID
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
- JazzCash/EasyPaisa: 2-3 business days
- Credit/Debit cards: 7-14 business days (depends on bank)
